Joy Yamagiwa is the new Communications & Outreach Coordinator at Massachusetts Interfaith Power & Light, where she brings together her passion for climate action, storytelling, and community-building. She has a background in clean energy and public-sector communications, with experience at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and the City of Boston.
Joy is especially passionate about making climate work feel accessible, hopeful, and community-driven. She’s excited to support and amplify the work of faith and grassroots communities across Massachusetts, helping turn shared values into meaningful climate action.
